The
rishis tell us that meditation is about discerning,
measuring, pondering, contemplating, and ultimately to be
free from all limitations and standards by which we measure
ourselves.

An important
technique we use in meditation is primordial sounds to help
align the breath. In turn the rhythms of the mind flow in
accord with the breath. This age-old meditation practice
is the foremost part of Wise Earth meditation sadhana.
In
the sadhana practice of meditation, students learn how to
enter the mind, discover inner silence, transcend silence
and access their inner universe of consciousness.
