Vedic
Garden
One of the
only Vedic gardens outside of India, Wise Earth garden hosts a
unique landscape where bio-diverse principles of natural companionship
among plants, the use of untampered seeds and organic methods
of gardening are applied.
Sadhakas (students)
chant appropriate mantras for each of the six seasons and Vedic
priests or Maya Tiwari perform the auspicious rituals to safeguard
the earth and her organisms, to praise the sun, bring timely rains,
and to ward off pollutants and negative energies.

Every spring,
Wise Earth students celebrate the ceremony of the flags, raising
nine colors on local bamboo staff in reverence to the Divine Mother.
